These terms govern reservations, stays, and use of glitzstay.online. By making a reservation or using our services you agree to them.
A valid payment card is required to secure any reservation. Flexible rates may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival; later cancellations and no-shows are charged one night's stay. Advance-purchase rates are non-refundable. All rates exclude taxes and the daily resort fee unless stated otherwise.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. Government-issued photo identification matching the reservation name is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or over to register a room.
Access to the gaming floor, The Velvet Room, and gaming-related experiences is restricted to persons aged 21 and over. Glitz Stay is committed to responsible gaming; self-exclusion and support resources are available through the concierge at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behaviour endangers the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and suites.
Glitz Stay is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property except as required by law. In-room safes and a front-desk safe-deposit service are provided free of charge.
